ABOUT US

Metabolix is an NGO founded with the mission to revolutionize our health. Over the last few years we have understood that metabolic disease underpins most of the chronic diseases of our times – especially heart disease and stroke. Our metabolic state is in our hands and by gaining a clearer understanding of the science we can change the way we eat and the way we lead our lives so as to help us regain our health, improve our quality of life, and perhaps even extend our lives. This conference is the first Metabolix event, put together by dozens of volunteers who believe it is our duty to make this knowledge more widespread. These unique lectures, debates, and testimonials will challenge our current world view of metabolic disease and recovery.

Whether you’re a medical professional, academic, nutrition expert, health and fitness coach, or simply want to learn about metabolic health, this conference is for you.
